The Town of Homecroft's Governing Body

The Town of Homecroft Council is comprised of five elected officials. As the Legislative Body, the Town Council has the responsibility of passing ordinances, resolutions, orders and motions for the Town's government. Along with these responsibilities, the council also is in control of the Town's property, finances, and appropriation of all money spent on behalf of the taxpayers. The Town's Council members are entrusted with the duty to provide the ways and means to ensure the safety and security of citizens in the Town of Homecroft.

Mr. Zachary Frizzell

Responsibilities:
Elected as Council President, presiding over all council meetings. Recognized as the head of the council, having authority to sign contracts, ordinances, and decrees under the recommendation and approval by the council. Oversees the enactment and amendment of rules, ordinances, and resolutions which pertain to the preservation of Homecroft.

Responsibilities:
Elected as Town Council Vice President, Ms. Fleck
focuses on special projects for the Town of Homecroft. Primary individual for compiling and publishing the Town's Newsletter and overseeing all aspects of the Town's official website. Key contributor in formulating strategic goals, development, and implementation of various technology to increase information accessibility for the Town.

Responsibilities:
Elected as Town Council Member, Mrs. May is assigned to direct all public works functions. This includes the construction and maintenance of all streets, street signs, sidewalks, and tree trimming/removal. Key adviser to the town council on all matters or problems pertaining to the public works field for the Town of Homecroft.

Mr. Bryan Wolfe

Council Member - Police Liaison | 1 Year

Responsibilities:
Appointed as Town Council Member, Mr. Wolfe is assigned as the police liaison. Primary responsibilities include; serving as the communication conduit between the Homecroft Police Department (HPD) and the council, assist in monitoring progress on
Homecroft Police Department's goals/requests to the council, and promoting dialogue between the town council and the Homecroft Police Department.

Chief John Ryan
Position/Tenure:
Chief of Police


Responsibilities:
Appointed as the HPD Chief of Police. Assures responsibility for the protection of lives and property in the Town through the supervision of all police work. Responsibilities include: improving police functions and extend to the training, assignment, supervision and discipline of all members of the Department. Major policies affecting Police Department operations are approved by the Town Council which holds the Police Chief responsible for execution.
