The Town of Homecroft's Governing Body
The Town of Homecroft Council is comprised of five elected officials. As the Legislative Body, the Town Council has the responsibility of passing ordinances, resolutions, orders and motions for the Town's government. Along with these responsibilities, the council also is in control of the Town's property, finances, and appropriation of all money spent on behalf of the taxpayers. The Town's Council members are entrusted with the duty to provide the ways and means to ensure the safety and security of citizens in the Town of Homecroft.

Responsibilities:
Elected as Council President, presiding over all council meetings. Recognized as the head of the council, having authority to sign contracts, ordinances, and decrees under the recommendation and approval by the council. Oversees the enactment and amendment of rules, ordinances, and resolutions
which pertain to the preservation of Homecroft.
Mr. Wolfe also serves as the police liaison. Primary responsibilities in that role include; serving as the communication conduit between the Homecroft Police Department (HPD) and the council, assist in monitoring progress on Homecroft Police Department's goals/requests to the council, and promoting dialogue between the town council and the Homecroft Police Department.

This includes the construction and maintenance of all streets, street signs, sidewalks, and tree trimming/removal. Key adviser to the town council on all matters or problems pertaining to the public works field for the Town of Homecroft.

Major policies affecting Police Department operations are approved by the Town Council which holds the Police Chief responsible for execution.
